Hacia las 2345 horas del dia 22 de Mayo 2004, en viaje de Ulsan a Sheerness con 4191 coches a bordo, colisiona con el petrolero KAMINESAN (Mina al Ahmadi para Ube con 279949 tons de crudo) en el Estrecho de Singapur, 01-12.9N 103-53.4E. Sobre las 0715 horas del día 23 se hunde en situación 01-13.3N 103-57.7E.

On 22 May 2004 at about 2345 hrs when she was transiting eastbound in the Singapore Strait (Ulsan for Sheerness with 4191 cars) she collied with the westbound tanker KAMINESAN (Mina al Ahmadi for Ube with 279949 mt of crude oil) in position 01-12.9N 103-53.4E. At about 0715 hrs on 23 May she sank in position 01-13.3N 103-57.7E
